Complex instruments are 12-string guitar, Floyd Rose or floating bridges, banjo, mandolin, banjo-mandolin, and bass guitar.

Service includes removal of old strings, clean instrument body, and fingerboard/fretboard, oil fingerboard/fretboard, fit, tension and tuning new strings.

You drop the instrument off and generally pick it up after 2 working days.

Please note, that steel strings normally take a few days to settle in, but nylon strings can take 2 weeks or more to completely settle in and stop stretching, so you will need to play regularly and retune often during this time.
